At Goodgold Sports, quality is not something checked only at the end of production. It is built into every decision we make—from selecting raw materials and developing patterns to stitching, finishing, inspection, packaging, and shipment.
We are committed to manufacturing sports goods and custom apparel that consistently meet agreed customer specifications and applicable international product standards. Every order is produced with care, precision, and clear accountability.
Goodgold Sports is committed to:
All raw materials are inspected before they enter production. Materials that do not meet the required finish, density, durability, colour, or specification are rejected.
Each production batch is assigned quality responsibility from the beginning of production through final packing. This helps maintain consistency and ensures that issues are identified and corrected early.
Patterns, measurements, material alignment, and edge quality are checked before production moves forward.
Standard: Dimensional accuracy according to the approved specification.
Our team checks stitch density, thread tension, seam strength, colour consistency, and reinforcement at stress points.
Standard: Strong, consistent stitching with secure seams.
Product structure, padding, closures, inserts, panels, and alignment are checked by hand.
Standard: Every unit must meet the approved construction requirements.
Trimming, surface presentation, embroidery, printing, logo placement, labels, and branding are inspected.
Standard: Clean finishing and accurate placement according to the approved design.
Boxing gloves are checked against the required weight specifications, while apparel is measured against the approved sizing chart.
Standard: Each product is individually measured or weight-tested where applicable.
Labels, hang tags, packing lists, protective packaging, and carton details are verified before shipment.
Standard: Packaging must match the client-approved specification and be suitable for international transit.
A production sample is prepared before bulk manufacturing begins. The client can review the product’s materials, sizing, colours, branding, construction, and packaging.
Bulk production begins only after the client has approved the sample. Any requested changes are documented and confirmed before production starts. The approved sample is retained as the quality reference throughout the manufacturing run.
Every product is inspected before it is packed.
Any item that does not meet the approved standard is removed, corrected, or replaced. The packing list is checked against the confirmed order, and export cartons are reviewed for strength, protection, labelling, and shipment accuracy.
We continuously review customer feedback, supplier performance, production methods, material quality, and inspection results.
Our goal is to reduce defects, improve consistency, minimise production waste, strengthen responsible sourcing, and raise the overall standard of every product we manufacture.
We do not ship products that we would not be proud to represent.
