Quotations and orders

Prices, MOQ, sample charges, payment terms, production time, shipping method and validity are confirmed for each project. An enquiry or website message does not create a binding production commitment.

Specifications and approvals

The buyer is responsible for reviewing product specifications, sizes, colours, artwork, labels, packaging and samples before written approval. Changes after approval may affect cost and timing.

Intellectual property

The buyer confirms that supplied logos, artwork, brand names and designs may lawfully be used for the requested manufacturing. GoodGold Sports retains ownership of its website, original content and internal manufacturing know-how.

Samples

Sample charges and shipping are normally payable before development begins. A sample may require revision where the brief changes or where further development is needed.

Production and tolerances

Manufactured products can have reasonable industry tolerances in dimensions, colour, material appearance and placement. Any project-specific tolerance or testing requirement must be agreed before production.

Delivery

Production and transit estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by approvals, material availability, carrier delays, customs, weather or other circumstances outside reasonable control.

Claims

Any quantity shortage, visible damage or alleged manufacturing defect should be reported promptly with photographs, carton details and relevant product information so it can be reviewed.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep website information accurate, but catalogue descriptions and images are general references. Final requirements are those confirmed in the project documents.
